Femme Fontaine: Killer Babe for the C.I.A. (1994)
Professional assassin Drew Fontaine puts her talents to her own ends to pay off those involved in killing her Buddhist mentor and maybe in the disappearance of her father. Amongst those in the frame are a crowd of somewhat dysfunctional lesbian-led Nazis, an energetic Chinatown gang, and an overly laid-back porn-king playboy. Could be pretty messy.

Blending excellent reporting and strong storytelling, this is a disturbing film truly stranger than fiction
The movie's neither hopeful in contrived ways, nor hopeless in different contrived ways. Somehow it manages to be wonderful
If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.
I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
I've always had a soft spot for 'Troma' releases. I still can't help but laugh, intensely, at 'The Toxic Avenger': top stuff indeed!I bought 'Femme Fontaine' on a (possibly drunken) whim and simply for its 'trashy' appeal. What better way to spend your idle time than watching strong and equally provocative women in thigh-high boots killing male-after-male?! Margot Hope is an attractive and seductive enough lead too. Quite simply these films cannot be beaten. There's enough violence, gore, sex appeal, and sheer garbage here to last a good few years. Ok, so maybe I exaggerate just a little but what male can honestly say that he doesn't find some sort of arousal from watching physically strong and attractive female protagonists? Long live the femme fatale...long live Femme Fontaine!I'm not going to go into any great depth here...some believe that this film is a bold post-feminist statement. If that's the case then so be it, who am I to argue? To conclude, this is a funny enough film, sure, it's not going to shake the world a la 'Lord of The Rings' (such a strange contrast to make!) but what is, surely not a 'Troma' film! If you happen to see this film on TV, or for rent, then give it a try. Hey, even the worst of films can have their positive features! If you are interested in this film then I also recommend Clarence Fok's 'Naked Killer', Jake West's 'Razor Blade Smile', and if you fancy something a little more serious why not try Luc Besson's 'La Femme Nikita'.
Femme Fontaine: Killer Babe for the C.I.A is at the best a fun film. The film definitely has a TROMAIC feel to it, but that isn't always great. I like the two Nazi Lesbian Girls in a great sex scene. And also, Femme Fontaine is quite sexy herself. But to give it to you plain and simple, the film is fun because we like sexy girls sticking up for themselves and taking on the Underworld. And when we see Fontaine out there, we like to tell ourselves, "Damn, if only i could get my hands on her, i would show her who's boss!" Well, at least the sane ones.
