The Lighthouse Legacy is a podcast created by Bethany Institutions, Bangalore to honour the community that has grown within its walls for the past 60 years. This student-run venture offers an inside look into the lives of the teachers, alumni and staff that have been impacted in Bethany as it celebrates its diamond jubilee year!

In this episode, we spoke with Saroop Sir about his views on Bethany's value system and discussed some of the myths about Bethany. He reflected on his time in school and the personal journey that brought him to Bethany. Aside from his funny childhood ambition of becoming an ambulance driver, he stressed the 3 fundamental elements in his life- God, music and people and how these things have driven him to be who he is today.
