Warren is selling his current mansion to finance his new custom mansion and start building affordable homes for individuals in the Texas region. This series goes from the inspection of his first mansion, the selling process and building his new estate from the ground up. As a single father of 6 this reality TV show will show the struggles of juggling so many things at once. Warren gives his firsthand advice on how he made millions in real estate.

This episode introduces the world to Warren. It also shows him getting ready for the inspection and buyers to view his Mansion.
The buyers and inspector have arrived! It is time for the inspection. Will any major issues arise? The inspection takes place during a storm which presents its own set of problems.
The house has been hot since the storm that occurred during the inspection happened. Warren calls his trusted AC repair company (Green Earth Heat And Air) to see if his units need ac. The diag shows more than what Warren bargained for.
After the diag it was revealed that a circuit breaker was damaged. Warren and two of his boys go to home depot to find the supplies needed for the DIY repair.
Warren finally has the parts he needs to fix the circuit breaker and get cool air flowing again.
We lost the key that allows our chandelier to be electronically lowered. We hired a trusty locksmith (Hi-Q locksmith) to come save the day. We also go check out some of our new land, go shopping for outfits and go party for my brother's birthday.
Warren has to finish a musical feature that was sent to him after the birthday celebration. This episode shows the locksmith bringing the new key back and Warren installing a new ice maker.
Warren and Matt go out to the lot to figure out how much dirt work will be needed. After returning home Warren gives away appliances that he doesn't want to take to the new property. They get a call that Matt has been approved as a builder and a stray cat....
Warren heads down to Waco, TX to join his partner Austin Ray Nunn in auditioning candidates for the upcoming Waco Comedy show. Afterwards Warren takes the kids to get some food, which is always fun.
Warren and the kids celebrate grandma Lee's Birthday.
Warren devotes his down time to the kids. They go to H-E-B, make ice cream floats and then spend time at the park.
