A Disappointing Continuation

It's hard to see any effort in the film. There's no comedy to speak of, no real drama and, worst of all.

A movie that not only functions as a solid scarefest but a razor-sharp satire.

This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.

Spoilers are in the first paragraph so if you want to avoid the spoilers, you should just read the second paragraph. This film was excellent. So much emotion and so much to say about fathers and daughters. The little girl's relationship with her dad was sweet and that story is very nice, even when (spoiler coming up here!) the guy from Gladiator whacks his head on the bathroom thing and dies. It's sad but still, life is like that and you just think the little girl will probably get a new family and she's young so she might not even remember him. But what is important is it was good while it lasted. Life always has phases and sometimes it's sad to leave one phase even though a new one might be more exciting. Too bad we never get to see how it works out for her.But mostly what stays with you is how in the other part of the movie there's this blonde chick just can't get enough action. I was never able to figure out why it's like two movies in one because you never see the writer guy and the little girl go into any of the scenes with the dude from Breaking Bad and the hot blonde chick. But it was so hot how she was like the most promiscuous chick you ever could imagine. She's like one of those chicks that has a good job helping orphans during the day and after work she like cheats on every boyfriend because she's a raging wh*re 24/7! So hot. I recommend this film due to the hot cheating action.

I heard something from her and did not remember, I'll try to see her, although I imagine another movie at three thirty. Well, this does not look too bad. This movie is improving at times. I think this movie comes to play, without sentimentality and without need of scenes that would be left over.All characters are growing during the movie. Let's see your fears, the why of everything.Russell Crowe always seemed to me a great actor, but it is that in this film is surpassed. But it is that all the actors are magnificent. Amanda shows each scene what's inside. The girl at such a young age is already very content and stupendous. The guys are great in their role.We are discovering things and why they have arrived there. You hurt what happened to them.I do not know if he would have given that touch of hope but he has given it in a very good way.It has a great picture, I liked it except at certain times. Even if it is not good with the camera. But hey, if you tell the stories like that, it's really worth it.Although it has phrases left over, like the aunt's in the end, but is that nothing is perfect.Spoiler: One thing I like is that when she goes to bed with someone, she does not show you how they do it, she does not need to, she does not come to show it and she does not. And at the end of the way home, I just thought, do not do it, do not do it and to give that touch of hope did not do it but tell it without sentimentality

Excellent performance of Rusell Crow, I think one of best of him. This story is very touching and leads us to believe, those who have daughters, on that connection that plasma father's daughter. When we make that connection the children's parent-child relationship leads us to a dimension where love reigns and parental confidence. Excellent story that shows us what we really want parents to our children. At the same time, the blows of life is not daunted him to continue forward, always looking ahead. Also, this movie shows us that no matter the obstacles that arise, we must always live with enthusiasm, happiness and gratitude. So we can reflect on our children these feelings that are part of their training and that while they reflect on their children (grandchildren). Watching the film made me go back when our first daughter was born. With her deep connection and did so with our second was even stronger. This is the relationship that we have with our children, supporting them in whatever they need.

(2/5) The movie is divided in 2 stories: the father's story in the past and the daughter's in the present. I was fascinated by the astonishing performance of Crowe and therefore i give the credit to him, to the good dramatic style of the past story and the nicely timed alternation of the stories' scenes! Unfortunately though i could not find myself sympathizing with the daughter's story because even though it tried to also have that dramatic look it ended up with an unconvincing and annoyingly indecisive character, far too many sentimentalism(which were also in the past story) and far too easily connected moments between the stories.(I also found that type of death for the father kind of cheap)... Still, very interesting to watch just to see Crowe in the role of the mentally troubled father !!!
